Avalanche courses built for you: The mountain riders of Canada
Our AST courses have been engineered by Avalanche Canada and customized by our years of backcountry experience to meet the needs of those who recreate or work in the backcountry
Taking an avalanche course is the first step in becoming a safer and more aware backcountry snowmobiler, skier or boarder
The AST 1 course is 2 parts: Online class (7-8 hrs) and a field day (8 hrs) in the mountains
All classroom components of the AST 1 course are online. Approximately 8 hours total while learning at your own pace
All participants need to read and agree to the terms in the waiver and release of liability before making a booking. READ THE WAIVER
